Higher Education Lead – Leadership and Management

We are a forward thinking team looking to recruit a dedicated, experienced and highly motivated Higher Education Tutor/Team Leader to take us from a grade 2 to a grade 1. 

Your key priorities will be to manage, teach and develop the Leadership and Management Apprenticeship Programmes up to and including level 5. You will deliver teaching and learning that encourages accelerated learning and results in new knowledge and skills being applied into the workplace.

You will have experience of working with awarding bodies and implementing change with proven successful outcomes for learners.  Knowledge and experience of standards and end point assessment would be advantageous.

As the Team Lead you will be a skilled problem solver, be able to prioritise key areas of focus to achieve the greatest benefits, have strong interpersonal skills and be able to manage and motivate others.

You should have a relevant teaching qualification, prior experience of teaching young people or adults in a variety of settings and desirably have or be working towards a quality assurance qualification.
