Streetscene Service are looking to recruit a Development Officer to help drive efficiency and quality within the Street Cleansing Team. This will involve utilising local specialised software to improve schedules and measure service output.  They are looking for someone who can understand how the operational service will operate to drive improvement through systems, data, and process.

The role will implement a street cleansing service development plan that ensures the service is continually reviewed and transformed in line with changing city infrastructure, fleet age, technological innovation, efficiency, health and safety, legislation and other local and national policy and strategic drivers.

The role will take the strategic lead for specific themes of work across the service including National Strategy, Business Systems and Process, Project Management and Service Improvement.
