We are looking to recuit a Head Chef to manage the production of an effective and efficient food preparation and delivery provision for high profile prestigious banquets, functions and events, including civic functions.
The post holder will provide practical hands-on chef expertise including the preparation, cooking and presentation of food ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety legislation.
You will possess a City and Guilds 706 1/2 or equivalent catering qualification and Intermediate Food Hygiene Certification, Advanced Food Hygiene Certificate or the ability to obtain within 6 months of appointment and have evidence of continued vocational training relevant to hospitality and operational management including health and safety, customer care.
