Complete this form to apply to register on to Hull City Council's housing list.
Do not use this form if you are already on the housing list (see "Existing applicants" below)
You must be a new applicant aged 16 or over.
You must provide all of the proofs that we need within 28 days - each page tells you what you need to provide. Failure to do so will result in your application being cancelled or you having a lower priority than you may be entitled to.
You can email your proofs to HousingApplications@hullcc.gov.uk.
We can accept scanned documents or photographs of documents as long as they are clear and all details can be seen. When sending your email please make sure you state your name and your reference number (you will be given this when you submit this form). Alternatively you can hand your proofs in at any information point or customer service centre (please check here for opening times)
Please note - If you do not use this site for more than 20 minutes any information not saved will be lost and your session will expire.
