As a resident living down Madison Gardens, I am objecting to the planning permission that has been put up for the change of Aluminium Frames to the PVC Frames.
The owner of the property has the new windows installation July/August 2024 with no lanning permission. They have gone against all what has to be done regarding anything that has to approved via planning permission in the Avenues as this is a conservation area. We get a newsletter every now again advising the residents what can be change and done, they have broken the planning permission rules.
They have change the character and appearance of the conservation area we live in, those windows need to be the same as what the other properties are down the street.
If the planning department accepts these windows that are in, it will allow other residents in the area to suit themselves and this will change the character of the area.
