I wish to raise the following objections to the above application.
1. Fell 2 Rowan Trees. I object on the grounds that these contribute to the provision of a privacy screen between residences, a baffle to noise pollution from Freetown Way, and a 'green lung' to remove excessive COČ from the above busy road. No sustantive reasons have been provided to remove these trees.
2. To raise the canopy of the Alder group: i am concerned that to take the canopy so high at the base could endanger the structural stability of this importanrt green screen. I believe that before a final decision be made that an independent arboricultural specialist produce a diagnostic report on the long-term stability of this screen should the canopy be raised to this height.
