With regards to the letter received week of 9th January 2019, informing me of the proposal to build an extension at the rear of 28 Guildford Avenue. I wish to object to this. The house being south facing, i get much enjoyment sitting in my garden in the warm sunshine, all year, particularly as being disabled, and am restricted with mobility issues, anxiety and ill health after a stroke. I may in the future also want to erect a conservatory. They already have a large permanent building built on guildford ave for which i have never seena proposal at the bottom of their garden creating much shade in my garden. I believe this new extension will create yet more shade and sun block to my own garden. I hope this objection will not create problems to myself with the said neighbours, as i have had many previous problems in the past, but feel i must object, as it will have a detrimental effect to my own daily enjoyment of my own property and would leave the area outside the property feeling very enclosed and claustrophobic. Could you kindly reply via email should you have any issues to discuss.
