I have several objections to the proposed extension, namely, the pitch of the extension necessitates the rain got the bedroom window. This will impinge upon the privacy of the residents of numbers 45. Light to the living room at number 45 will be severely restricted. The size of the extension is inappropriate for the area, necessitating a massive decrease in garden area. Drainage of surface water may become an issue as the water table is very high and the gardens in that area are prone to flooding. The lifestyle of the tenants of number 45 will be affected as the patio area will become less useful and they will need to move further down the garden to enjoy the sun.
