Installation of KC fibre connections to Hull City Hall Building involving the placement of 2 boxes of size (22cm long x 15cm wide x 7.6cm deep (9"x 6"x 3'')) on the exterior wall of building on Carr Lane, at level below first floor windows. 2. Laying fibres (black wires 6mm thick) into basement from boxes along the same route as existing copper wires along the building ledges and walls.
