You will need your council tax account reference and the name of an account holder as they appear on a recent council tax bill, your date of birth to assist with fraud checking and a recent bank statement to verify the account that you wish the payment to be made into. You will be required to self-certify that on 1 April 2022, you were the liable Council Tax payer (or would have been if you property wasn't exempt).
