The Environmental Manager position is an exciting opportunity to join a team committed to improving the local environment of Hull for a fixed term period to embed the new Love Your Neighbourhood service until March 2026.
We are looking for managers with a clear ethos of leading staff with empathy and compassion to ensure a large team deliver an effective Street Cleansing service across the city, improving the quality of the local environment for residents, local businesses, and visitors to the area.
The role will provide experienced operational and project management skills at a senior level to deliver the service tailored to meet the varying needs of the different parts of the city. Working with autonomy, in collaboration and with shared responsibility with other Environmental Managers and other peers to deliver the 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service provision for the city.
This is a great opportunity to gain experience of managing a large service with wide ranging functions.
