Care and support in Hull is transforming and Hull City Council is looking for exceptional individuals like you to join the Adult Social Care team. If you are an effective leader, have significant experience of analysing information and data to inform business decision making and recognise the value of working with partner organisations to deliver improvements through business analytics, then we have an exciting opportunity for you.

We are creating a new Business Intelligence Unit to provide professional business analysis and predictive analytics to support Adult Social Care’s strategy of business change, service transformation and improvement, to deliver cost effective services that lead to improved outcomes for people. You will work alongside Adult Social Care senior managers to deliver a legacy of increased business analysis skills and capability, creating an environment that drives change.

You will be qualified to degree level or have equivalent level of experience and be able to evidence successfully managing activity and performance targets.  You will have strong analytical skills and knowledge of multiple analysis methodologies, along with a high level of communication and interpersonal skills.
