Fixed Term 18 months due to funding.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the SEND Team as an Assistant Caseworker.

You will administer efficiently, under the direction of the responsible Caseworker, the  statutory duties of the Local Authority as set out in the Children and  Families Act ( 2014) and the Special Educational Needs and Disability Code of Practice (2015)  regarding the Education, Health and Care (EHC) needs  assessment,  planning and review process.

Through a range of administrative tasks, you will contribute to the day to day delivery of an efficient statutory SEND service.

You will collate documentation, input data and send out relevant paperwork in accordance with the statutory duties.

The successful candidate must have a 'can do' approach to the role and be committed to delivering an effective and efficient administration support service, undertaking a variety of different duties within the team.
