The Programme is multi-faceted and based on strong partnerships with health, criminal justice and voluntary and community sector partners.
We are seeking to recruit additional MEAM Navigators, funded through the Changing Futures Programme, to provide a person-centred and trauma informed approach to co-ordinating support for individuals who experience SMD. Working directly with individuals to build trust and supporting them to access a range of services to enable them to achieve their goals.
