About us

Established in 1993, the Humber Mouth is one of the city’s biggest festivals and is managed by Hull City Arts at Hull City Council.

The City Arts Unit, Hull City Council’s arts development service, supports, encourages and develops creative people and organisations. Located in Kingston House in Hull, we work with independent arts providers in the city to improve cultural opportunities.
