• tickets must be paid for within three days of reservation
  
• tickets booked on the day prior to, or on the day of the performance must be collected 30 minutes before curtain up
  
• unclaimed tickets will be sold

• proof of eligibility must be shown at the box office
  
• only one discount applicable per ticket
  
• all discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at the decision of the theatre and halls management
  

Standby tickets

• subject to availability (not available for all concerts)
  
• available 30 minutes before curtain up (unless otherwise stated)
  
• cannot be pre booked
  
• cash sales only

Conditions of sale

• tickets are not returnable and cannot be exchanged or money refunded 
  
• management reserves the right to refuse admission and to require any ticket holder to leave the premises
  
• the use of cameras and recording equipment is totally prohibited unless otherwise stated 
  
• latecomers will not be admitted to their seats until a suitable break in the performance 
  
• babes in arms are not admitted 
  
• children under the age of 14 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult whilst on the premises
  
• lost tickets may not be replaced
  
• management reserves the right to make alterations to the event or advertised arrangements, made necessary by unavoidable causes
  
• all mobile phones and pagers to be switch off
  
• all items left on the premise are at the owners risk
