Telephone payments
Social service charges can be paid via the telephone on 01482 300 300.
- Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm
- Saturday 9am - 1pm
Please select the 'speak to an operator' option when you call and quote the following 'fund number' -
- if your account reference is 9 digits long - Fund 34
- if your account reference is 10 digits long - Fund 02
- if your account is for a Lifeline service, the account reference is 10 digits long – Fund 31
Please note, you will need to have your credit or debit card, account details and a pen and paper available when you call. Callers will be quoted a unique receipt number for each payment. All supplied data is stored on a secure database.

Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to Kingston upon Hull City Council and you should write your account reference numer on the back of your cheque or postal order.
Please note: cash should only be sent in registered envelopes.
