How to book Hull City Hall tickets

You can search our events and book tickets online using our events diary.*

Search for events at Hull City Hall (link opens in a new window)

You can also book tickets by telephoning 01482 300 300 (Monday to Saturday, 8am - 7pm)

Alternatively, visit -

  • Hull City Hall Box Office and Tourist Information 
    Monday to Saturday, 10am - 5pm
    Sunday, 11am - 3pm

  • Hull New Theatre and Hull City Hall booking offices
    open two hours prior to a performance  

*A booking fee of £1.50 is charged per transaction for online sales.

Conditions of sale

  • Tickets may not be exchanged or money refunded
  • Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to require any ticket holder to leave the premises
  • Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance
  • The use of cameras and recording equipment is totally prohibited
  • Management reserves the right to make any alterations to the event or advertised arrangements, made necessary by unavoidable cause
  • Lost tickets may not be replaced
  • Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult while on the premises
  • All mobile phones to be switched off
  • All items left on the premises are left at the owners risk
