Please observe the information below before continuing your online purchase.

Options for receiving your tickets

• If ordering five or more working days before the event, you can receive your tickets by post or collect them from The Wilson Centre or Hull City Hall.


• If ordering between one and five working days before the event, you can collect your tickets from The Wilson Centre or Hull City Hall.


• If ordering less than 24 hours before the event, please collect your tickets from the venue box office (either Hull New Theatre or Hull City Hall). Please bring your email confirmation with you.

Box office opening times

• The Wilson Centre
  Monday to Friday, 9am – 4.30pm or Saturday, 9am – 12noon


• Hull City Hall
  Monday to Friday, 10am – 4pm or Saturday 10am – 4pm

Ticket availability

Please note some tickets are retained for counter and telephone bookings and are not available to book online. If you are booking tickets for an event happening within three days or less and do not find the tickets you require online, please telephone the box office Monday to Saturday 9am – 9pm, Sunday 10am – 8pm, to check offline availability.

Conditions of sale

• Tickets may not be exchanged or money refunded


• Management reserves the right to refuse admission and to require any ticket holder to leave the premises


• Latecomers will not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance


• The use of cameras and recording equipment is totally prohibited


• Management reserves the right to make any alterations to the event or advertised arrangements, made necessary by unavoidable cause


• Lost tickets may not be replaced


• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult while on the premises


• All mobile phones must be switched off during performances


• All items left on the premises are left at the owner's risk
