Telephone payments
You can pay via the telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week (including bank holidays), by calling 01482 300 300.
Please have your credit or debit card, your account details and a pen and paper to hand when you call. You wil be given a receipt number for each payment you make.

You can send a cheque or postal order to -

Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Kingston upon Hull City Council. Please remember to write your reference number on the back of your cheque or postal order.
Pay in person
You can pay at the payment cash counters in our customer service centres and information points using cash, cheque, postal order or any of the debit or credit cards listed on the payments page. Please note that some offices accept credit and debit card payment only.
