The Yorkshire Regiment will march through Hull City Centre this weekend.
Bands will play, colours will be flying and bayonets will be fixed for the Yorkshire Regiment Freedom Parade on Saturday 14 July, from 11.55am to 12.30pm.
The Lord Mayor of Kingston upon Hull and Admiral of the Humber, Councillor Danny Brown, will also inspect the Standards and take the salute in a march past at the Amy Johnson statue on Prospect Street.
The approximate timings for the Freedom Parade are:
11.55am: civic guests take up position at the Prospect Centre
12noon: the Lord Mayor and the Senior Officer inspect the Standards
12noon: the Regiment steps off from Londesborough Street
12.15pm: the march past salute is taken by the Lord Mayor and the Senior Officer on Prospect Street
12:30pm: parade dismisses.
