A Hull man has been issued with a two year antisocial behaviour order following continued unacceptable behaviour.
Andrew Noman, 42 from Stroud Crescent, Hull was issued with a two year antisocial behaviour order on Monday 11 June that now prevents him accessing a multi-storey block of flats, Padstow House, and the whole of Kingswood Retail Park.
Mr Noman regularly caused nuisance on the Kingswood Retail Park when under the influence of alcohol and has had to be detained by Security on the Park for being loud and aggressive.
Mr Noman also visited Padstow House, Bransholme, and regularly caused nuisance by being verbally abusive to residents and acting in a manner that was intimidating to a number of the vulnerable residents within the block.
The ASBO was made possible as residents of Padstow House and Security Officers from Kingswood Retail Park contacted Hull City Council's Neighbourhood Nuisance Team and the Neighbourhood Policing Team which allowed for the application to be made.
Mark Charlton, Assistant Head of Service for Community Safety and Partnerships, said:
"The Neighbourhood Nuisance Team and the North Carr Policing Team have worked closely with the security officers on site and residents to make this order possible.
"The Kingswood Retail Park is used by many people and this behaviour order demonstrates our commitment to tackling those who misuse the retail park are dealt with. We also have a responsibility for protecting residents in their homes and public areas of Padstow House."
If anyone witnesses Andrew Noman breaching any of the prohibitions they should contact Humberside Police on 101.
