Residents who are over 50 years of age can keep fit and healthy with a new fitness class launching next week in west Hull.
Hull City Council's sports development is launching the class to give people aged 50+ the chance to take part in affordable activity and to help reduce obesity and heart disease in the city.
During the session people will be taking part in a mixture of salsa and aerobics.
The fitness class takes place every week starting from Thursday 7 June at the Edinburgh Street Community Centre at 12 noon, costing just £2 a session.
