This ancient martial art is a great way to learn self-defence skills, build your confidence, reduce stress, become more flexible and increase your fitness.
As well as teaching self-defence and fitness, Hull Kung Fu instructors can help young people with drug related problems, stress problems, bullying, family problems and general life problems. They also offer free Chinese Massage, hot stones and ear candling courses to all the young people in the club, which can lead to a Diploma.
