If you live, work or study in Hull or you are a visitor, you can become a member of our libraries free of charge.

Joining is easy. Just ask a member of staff at any of our libraries or complete our online form below -

Children
Membership can start from birth. Children wishing to join the library give verbal details of their name, home address, parent or carer’s name, telephone number if known and date of birth. Proof of identity and parental signature are not required. Upon joining a library ticket is issued for immediate use. Parental permission is required for access to the internet.
