Worry Cards
If you are worried about something, please talk to someone you can trust. Hull's Young People's Parliament also came up with the idea for worry cards.

You can download a worry card here. Just fill it in and send it free to RAPP at FREEPOST NEA 12284, Hull, HU13DR. RAPP will get back to you in 4 days. Or you can email it back to us at cluedup@hullcc.gov.uk .

You can also find worry cards at schools, in youth centres, libraries and doctors' surgeries. If you are worried about something, please talk to someone you can trust. Hull's Young People's Parliament also came up with the idea for worry cards.
