Know how to respond
In an emergency, unless you’re told otherwise, you should stay where you are and:
Go in
- Wait inside until the emergency services say it’s ok to leave
Stay in
- Close and stay away from all windows and doors
Tune in
- Your local radio station so you can listen for news and instructions
- Stay calm and wait for more advice.
