Kingston Care Lifeline Service

A lifeline is a piece of equipment installed in your property that can be activated by a pendant. Should you need emergency assistance simply pressing the pendant puts a call through to the Kingston Care Control Centre. The centre is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. An operator will have immediate voice contact with you and can talk to you until help arrives.

This service is available to both council and private tenants but please note that a telephone line connection is required.
