You can pay your lifeline account using any of the methods detailed below. You will need your 10 digit payment reference number to pay your lifeline account. This can be found on your bill.
Pay online
Lifeline accounts can be paid online 24 hours a day, seven days a week including weekends and bank holidays.
Lifeline accounts can be paid via the telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including weekends and bank holidays, by calling 01482 300 300.
Please state that the payment should be paid against fund 32 and have your credit or debit card, your 10 digit payment reference number and a pen and paper available when you call. Callers will be quoted a unique receipt number for each payment. All supplied data is stored on a secure database.
Postal payments
Lifeline accounts can be paid by post to -

Cheques or postal orders should be made payable to Kingston upon Hull City Council and you should write your account reference number on the back of your cheque or postal order.
Please note, cash should only be sent in registered envelopes.
