Free Theatre Tickets for Young People!

To celebrate the opening of the new Hull Truck Theatre on Ferensway Hull Truck are offering free tickets for young people under 26 years old. This fantastic deal is available Monday to Thursday evenings for performances in the Main Theatre only. Find out how to register for tickets here.

Hully bugle website

If you want to find out more about the youth arts scene in Hull have a look at the Hully Bugle website (link opens in new page). The website is by young people for young people and you can use it to find out about exciting projects to get involved with like painting, graffiti art, sculpture, photography, free running, singing, drama, dancing,DJing and break dancing.

Arts award

If you’re aged 11 and over (up to 25) you can work towards a qualification by taking part in the arts. You can do this at school, youth centre, arts organisation or youth arts project, wherever there is a trained advisor based. Look on www.artsaward.org.uk to find out where you can do it in Hull.

Museums and galleries in Hull

If you’re looking for things for you and your mates or your family to do you can use the activities and events diary to check out fun stuff for children in Hull. You can find out about exciting events in the holidays as well as exhibitions, concerts, films and theatre performances you might enjoy.

Did you know that Ferens Art Gallery has a children’s gallery JUST for children aged between 6 and 10. How cool is that!!!

Hull’s museums and galleries, Wilberforce House, Hands on History, the Hull and East Riding Museum, Maritime Museum, Streetlife Museum, the Spurn Lightship and the Arctic Corsair trawler are great places to visit and have loads going on. You can also get information about events and exhibitions for children in libraries across Hull.
