Bidders announced for Hull’s £400m BSF project

Hull’s Building Schools for the Future (BSF) programme have chosen three companies to bid to design, build and service all of Hull’s new secondary and special schools in the city's £400m BSF project . The companies are:

• Balfour Beatty Capital Ltd
• Esteem (Morgan Sindall Investments Ltd; Robertson’s Capital Projects Ltd; Sewell Group  plc)
• VINCI Investments Ltd
  

Once the successful company has been chosen they will be able to start work on the sites for the first new schools, Winifred Holtby, Tweendykes Special School and the Archbishop Sentamu Academy, in March 2010.
