Esteem chosen to build Hull’s £400m BSF project

In November 2009, Hull’s Building Schools for the Future (BSF) team announced that Esteem (a company made up of Morgan Sindall Investments Ltd; Robertson’s Capital Projects Ltd and Sewell Group plc) were chosen as the bidder for the BSF main programme.  This means they will build or re-model all the secondary schools in Hull apart from those being built by the early phase builder. In August 2009, Hull’s BSF team announced Balfour Beatty Construction Ltd as the builder for the ‘early phase’ of the BSF programme.  This includes Sirius Academy, Ganton Special School and the Education Service for Hearing and Vision (ESHV) as well as Kelvin Hall School.
