What can I do about racism? Can I get help?
If you hear people coming out with racist stuff and you don’t like it you might get really angry. Try to stay calm and if you feel comfortable talk to them in a calm manner but remember racist people believe they are right and don’t always want to change their mind.
If you know someone who is being threatened by racist behaviour or are worried about racism call:
NSPCC free 24 hour Child Protection Helpline on 0808 800 5000 – someone will listen to your worries.
Call Childline free on 0800 1111. Calls are free from most mobiles and will not show up on your phone bill.
