Social services complaints procedure - when do you not have the right to complain?
if you do not meet the requirements of “Who can complain”
if your complaint does not relate to us or anybody acting on our behalf
the same complaint has already been investigated
we do not need to consider complaints made more than one year after the complaint arose. This also applies to representations. However, we can extend this time limit if we want to
We can also decide not to accept a complaint if it is felt the complaint may prejudice any of the following investigations -
