Concessionary travel passes

We are responsible for issuing and maintaining a database of Hull bus pass holders. The service caters for the issuing of  -

• concessionary bus passes
• disability rail cards
• National Senior Citizens Rail Card

Conditions of use for all travel passes

• concessionary travel passes are only available to persons having their sole or main residence within Hull
• the travel pass is not transferable and may only be used by the person to whom it was issued
• possession of a travel pass does not guarantee any person the right to a place on any particular passenger service vehicle or train, nor the right to a seat on any such vehicle or train
• all passengers travelling at concessionary fares are subject to the conditions of the operators. They may be asked to show proof of eligibility at any time on a journey
• Hull City Council accepts no liability for any loss, injury or inconvenience incurred as a result of using a travel pass
• Hull City Council reserves the right to withdraw, amend or replace any travel pass
• travel passes are not valid on bus excursions, tours, private hire vehicles or any other service which is not open to the general public
