We ensure that all new residential developments have their estate roads laid out and completed to a suitable standard to become a publicly maintained highway.

Developers have to formally apply and have their estate road plans approved.

Developer inspection fees

Developers inspection fees are as follows -

• Section 38 -   5% of the estimated cost of the works
• Section 278 -  10% of the estimated cost of the works
