Parking

Hull has a mix of on-street parking, council and private car parks and Park and Ride. Hull City Council has overall responsibility for the control of parking in the city, and balances the need for parking spaces with a need to keep roads safe and free for the movement of traffic.

We also run a number of parking schemes in the city for residents of certain areas, disabled motorists and others.

PATROL

We are a member of the Parking and Traffic Regulations Outside London (PATROL) Adjudication Joint Committee.   The Joint Committee publishes an annual statement of accounts which is subject to external audit.
