Economic regeneration

There are a number of organisations involved in Hull's continued regeneration. These public, private, community and voluntary sector organisations are brought together in a local strategic partnership - CityVision.

Hull's urban regeneration company, CityBuild (now known as Hull Forward), has produced masterplans for the city centre and West Hull. These aim to transform areas that have experienced social and economic decline.

The regional development agency, Yorkshire Forward, is a key partner in Hull’s regeneration. Use the link on the left to visit the Yorkshire Forward website.

We play a vital role in developing and delivering Hull’s regeneration strategies, and promoting further development opportunities through business growth and investment.
