Pay over the phone
You can pay your city centre BID levy over the telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week including at weekends and bank holidays. Just call (01482) 300 300. Any information you give us is stored in a secure database.
You will need to have your credit or debit card, account details and a pen and paper with you when you call. We will give you a unique receipt number for each payment.
Bankers order/standing order payments (BACS)
You can pay by bankers order / standing order using our bank details below:
- bank sort code: 62-11-79
- bank account number: 00000000 (8 zeros)
- pay to: Hull City Council
You will need to quote your eight-digit city centre BID levy invoice reference number (starting with 8 or 9), preceded by 0000230000 to make up an 18-digit reference number.
You can set up telephone and internet banking arrangements directly with your bank, or using your bank's website.

Make your cheque or postal order payable to Kingston upon Hull City Council, and write your levy invoice reference number on the back of the cheque or postal order.
