A case study of success using the Hull skills fund
Graham Barnes, of Linear Property Development at Hull’s Marina Court, is one of the first to benefit from skills fund backing to gain an Msc in Building Surveying. Recently responsible for surveying work for the Zinc Building on High Street in Hull, Linear Property Development is currently doing a high profile conversion of a 200 year old Grade II listed building in Chesterfield.
Graham said: “Linear Property Development is a small but growing practice. The skills fund has helped me, as a trainee surveyor, to gain the qualification needed to take the business further.”
