How to contact us

It is important that we provide clear, quality advice and support to all our families. It is crucial that we are able to take the appropriate amount of time with you and we do not want you to feel rushed.

If you wish to meet with an officer you must contact the administration team so an appointment can be made for you to make sure that the right officer is available for you. This will avoid you having to wait to speak to an officer or worse there being no one available to support you.

At the crematorium - you must make an appointment before attending at the administration office.
