The Hull People’s Panel
The Hull People’s Panel consists of over 5,000 local people, from 16 years old upwards, from across the city and from all different backgrounds. We want even more people to become members and tell us what they want and how they want Hull to be.
Since 2008 the Hull People’s Panel has been helping Hull City Council and its partners make decisions on things that affect us all, such as keeping our streets clean and safe, how the council spends its money, recycling and waste collection, and their own local neighbourhoods.
Being a Panel member
We will send you a short survey, about three or four times a year, that should only take around 10-15 minutes to complete each time. All the information you give us about yourself is confidential and won’t be matched to your answers and we will not pass it onto anyone else. Even other Hull City Council departments won’t know who you are or what you said.
Hull People’s Panel members have also attended special events such as member-only Guildhall tours, trips to see the many regeneration projects across the city and cream tea with Lord Mayor in the Lord Mayor’s Parlour.
