There are seven managed workspace centres spread across the city of Hull. Each centre is different to the other, with a variance to suit your business needs. Managed by the council’s economic development and regeneration service, the program provides ideal accommodation for all businesses, ranging from small start up businesses and businesses looking to expand. Hull City Council also works closely with a variety of partners - we have factory estates as progression property offering larger units, with numerous sites across the city. Not only are all the centres unique, the managed workspace centres are competitively priced and suitable for industrial and commercial use up to 7,400sq ft in size.
With easy in easy out terms, the premises are offered on a monthly rolling contractual basis - ideal for those just starting up a business wanting to keep costs and expenditure as low as possible. Each centre has a vast range of services and facilities at their disposal. All centres have meeting rooms, conference rooms, photocopying, laminating, binding and many more. All facilities are available at little or no extra cost. Each centre has 24-hour access giving businesses the flexibility to meet their client’s needs.
