Commuter car park pass

Annual public car park passes may be purchased from the Hull City Council, car parks administration. The cost of each pass is £600 per year VAT inclusive. This must be paid for the full year. In the event of surrender of the pass repayment of any unused full months will be made.


Conditions of issue

Public Car Park Passes provide an exemption from using pay and display ticket machines on council owned long stay surface car parks between the hours of 8am and 6pm. These sites are Blanket Row, Hull Arena and Francis Street. The passes also allow access to the multi storey car parks George Street and Pryme Street, between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Vehicles may remain on any of the car parks overnight but if left unattended for more than a few days please contact the parking department to prevent unnecessary enquiries occuring. This pass is not valid on the Short Stay car parks at Albion Street and Lowgate. The pass is also not valid on the Tower Street car park.

A pass is issued by the parking department and is subject to terms and conditions which can be downloaded below -


A pass holder may also apply for a transponder which will allow access to the multi storey car parks outside their normal opening hours of 7am to 7pm. A deposit of £25 is paid which is redeemable on surrendering the transponder.
