Home to school transport policy

This home to school transport policy describes how the we interpret our duty and applies our powers in the area of home to school transport. The arrangements apply only to pupils resident in Hull, or deemed by legislation to be the responsibility of the council.

This policy is written in line with the corporate equalities plan, which seeks to value diversity and promote equality through practice and procedures.

Disclaimer relevant to Home to School Transport
Although the information relating to Home to School Transport arrangements for the academic year 2013-2014 was correct in relation to that year at 1 January 2013 it should not be assumed that there will be no change affecting these arrangements either before the start of, or during, the academic year 2013-2014 or in relation to subsequent academic years.

The policy below will replace the 2013-14 policy from September 2014 -
