The Cinema Exhibitors' Association card is a national card that proves the holder is entitled to one free ticket for a person to accompany them to the cinema.

Thinking of growing your own fresh vegetables, fruit or herbs? We manage over 1800 allotments across 21 allotment sites. All our sites are fenced and most have access to water.

Hull libraries offer access to books, music and video DVDs and CDs, newspapers and magazines, plus a wide range of other material.

  • Library link housebound services – If you or someone you know are housebound or live in a residential or nursing home, access to our library service is available through library link
  • Reading groups – If you are an adult and like to read, why not share your thoughts about your last book at one of our free reading groups

Leisure centre concessions

Want a low cost way to have fun and keep fit? Our tonic card packages for our leisure centres offer access to a range of facilities and activities for a set price each month. The Tonic Inclusion and the Tonic Inclusion Saver cards are concessionary packages are for people aged over 60 or in receipt of jobseekers allowance, income support, housing benefit, incapacity benefit or working tax credits.

Adult education

Fancy learning a new skill such as flower arranging or playing the guitar? Want to learn how to research your family history? Want to brush up on your maths, English or computer skills? These are just some of the courses available to you at adult education.

TV Licences

If you are aged 75 or over you are entitled to a free TV licence. You are entitled to a 50 per cent discount if you are blind or partially sighted.
