Childcare Sufficiency Assessment (CSA) 2011

The Childcare Act 2006 placed a duty on all local authorities to report annually to elected council members on how we are meeting their duty to secure sufficient childcare, and make this report available and accessible to parents.

We want to provide high quality childcare so your child can have the best start in life and you have the time to go to work, training or education.

We have compiled a Childcare Sufficiency Assessment (CSA) report to understand what the demand is for childcare in Hull and whether childcare is affordable, flexible, and accessible for parents and carers.

The CSA report has been complied from consultation with local parents, carers, families, childcare providers, professionals and employers.

If you would like to comment on or speak to someone about the Draft Childcare Sufficiency Assessment please contact us.
