Hosting a battery collection point

In the UK we throw away over 600 million batteries every year. Most old batteries end up in landfill, where they can leak harmful chemicals into the soil.

You can help to change this by participating in our new battery recycling scheme.

How to apply to host a battery collection point

If you are interested in hosting a battery collection point, please telephone 01482 300 300 or complete the online form below.

Request a collection

If you are a collection point host and would like your collection box exchanged, please telephone 0845 068 2572 or complete the online form below.

Collections will be made within five working days during normal office hours.
