Service Standards

Service standards, including measureable outcomes, are detailed for each service, to ensure that services are delivered to an agreed minimum level.  These standards will be included, in the service contracts provided, as part of the procurement process.

All services will be quality assured, through a twice yearly review process and an annual survey, to ensure service effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

In the delivery of all services the Council will:

  • Maintain effective working relationships
  • Respond  to feedback quickly
  • Inform customers about any changes that affect service delivery
  • Provide timely updates about changes to policies and processes
  • Ensure accountability for poorly performing services
