Bin tags

If a residents bin hasn't been emptied, a tag will have been attached to explain why. It could be that a resident has put their waste in the wrong bin or that the bin was overfilled or heavy. If you have received a tag on your bin, please contact us if you would like to discuss any problems you may be experiencing with your recycling and waste.

Waste and recycling pack

Recycling and waste information packs were dropped through letterboxes in September which included -

  • calendars with your new collection days and dates
  • a resident's pass to the city's household waste recycling centres
